So how was YOUR Mother's Day Weekend?
I was quite gloomy this weekend and I can not put a finger as to why I was down. However I stayed on tracked and survived another weekend.
Everywhere I go I stop to see my reflection, I stop and stare and see if I can physically see a difference, I'll stand at a different angle, I'll look at the flaw spot and personally I feel I look the same and that perhaps it will take longer to get my body to look how I want it to look. Yes, my stomach has gone down, but hello it's still there....I am not discourage but I am somewhat growing impatient (sheesh and it's only been 3 weeks, somebody better tell me to slow my role).
I plan to kick it up a notch this week as far as exercise goes....Plan to add some more classes......I decided I was going to weigh myself May 23rd exactly a month later. I hope that the number won't disappoint me, but I need a sign that I am doing all this and that it is working... I still think 10 pounds to lose in a month is reasonable and I hope to see about 188-185 on the scale.
