NOWHERE!
Suddenly it all feels way to easy, the routine of working out I feel like I can skip out, why not I am doing great....right....NOPE
Sitting back and getting used to this will get me no where near my goals...
So today I am doing something that is extreme and even unhealthy I am just drinking my shakes for all three meals....that 540 calories (plus the popcorn I chewed on that nearly killed me) I am doing this to remind myself that it's by any mean necessary! Tomorrow heading to the gym and finding some new stuff to do...Either that or start going to a class but I need to kick up a whole 10!
--I always have great stuff I wanna yak about but I never have the time or a computer when I am ready...sorry I been slacking for the .5 readers I have ;)
