Hola Kiddies
How was everyone holiday weekend? I hope we didn't go over board with the yummy foods/drinks....Me I did well....both weekends I walked about 5 miles each and burned about 530 calories....While I didn't count my calories I do feel like I stayed within track somewhat (not sure how much calories Ciroc has and nor do I remember how much cups I had)
Anyways it has become way easier for me to say no, to stay on track! I really do feel like I am on a good path....I was told that I need to do more strength training, so I am going to focus this month on that!
I wanted to check in with you guys...All is going well! Still going Strong
