It was a great way to start my morning....as I head to the gym I did my 100 calorie burn with some cardio....I know this is a little bit but I walk a tons and plus since I am running/walking on weekends I burn about 500-700 so I feel like I make up cardio enough!
Than on to my strength training, well well guess what..The Glute Master Machine a.k.a the butt machine the weights go on interval of12 pounds, 25 pounds, 37.5 pounds, 50 and so on.....When I first started I started with 12 and 25 wouldn't even dare taking it up a notch...after talking to Mr. Hulk aka my boyfriend he said to do 10 on 37.5 and than gradually go down for example do 10 on 37.5 than do 2 rep of 15 on 25 and than do 10 more on 12 to end it[[whole lotta numbers hope I didn't lose you with what seems like a math equation]] Well the first time I tried 37.5 I almost broke my leg (Okay maybe I am streching the truth) but it was super hard, so hard I got mad at me, him and everyone because I felt like why is this 205 pound man solid muscles telling EX FAT GIRL to do it on 37.5 .....well whatever I kept with it (not even sure why) but I would do 10 and that was total HELL [[like sweat would come down one at a time and I swear I was going to break something but you know what they say NO PAIN NO GAIN)....WELL GUESS WHAT I can now do a total of 20 at 37.5 [[2 sets of 10] with no problems! =] Woot Woot (Did this all make sense) cause bottom line is my strength is IMPROVING! I am working up and not down! and hopefully my booty will start to look how I want it to look

Switching it up...yesterday I spoke about kicking it up...well I am following this quote for this month to knock down the 8 to 10 pounds I hope to lose by my next weigh in June 25th!
Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a paupe
This time around, I will be eatting a heavy in fiber breakfast, a lunch filled with fruits and veggie breaking it into two sessions I know weird but for like example today I am having a hotpocket and a fruit salad....I might have the fruit salad first and than the hot pocket later or vice versa or half and half..... and a shake for dinner....switching it up BIG TIME! Since Dinner is my favorite meal and time....I also brought SKINNY COW ice cream WHICH I loveee and on the days I work out crazy I am rewarding myself with one ... I am also cutting off the time of my shake to 8 and hopefully not going past that
Sounds like a plan!
