I don't really have a problem with the gym or working out, I am not
that lazy! My actual part is getting there, as stated in earlier post I can come out with some of the best excuses not to go. So because it has become
by any mean necessary, working out is a must every mornings before work with Saturday being a jogging day and Sunday my rest day! Monday didn't go as planned but I realize the one person who wants this most has to put in the most effort! So Tuesday was great =], I was very hesitant because early morning work outs mean shower in the gym, but I got over that quick! Today was the same feeling!
As I was leaving the gym, two thoughts came to mind
- What will I look like if I do lose all 50 pounds I set out to?
-Will I lose my hips, where will my curves go?
I am very curious to see WHAT RESULTS look like
I guess I never really found out how drastic of change it will be because I have yet to reach that goal, but I am determine to find out!
