Weekly Weigh In

Hey Hoes (Lol I say it and mean it with affection and people take it personal so let's stick to Loves lol) Loves!

I owe you guys a weekly weigh in...No drum roll, no standing ovation no nothing needed. I am at

161.0 meaning up .2 from last week!!!

I am 18 days away from the big 25, the big year of "healthy lifestyle", I would love to see 155 by then but I am slacking with lame excuses. For your entertainment (and for some ya'll will relate) some of my excuses this week have been:
  • The weather, it's still not good enough for me to go visit a gym steady!
  •  Let me have some french fries and ice cream sundae because I can't eat Rice or Drink Soda till Easter
  •  I'm "sad" let me go eat!!!!
What are some of ya'll excuses for this week's weigh in?
20 days left for Easter and I have stayed strong on all of my missions! Woot Woot Go Me!

On a side note due to  my funk, I have invested in a pair of American Eagle Utility Crop Pants to pair off with some pumps or casually wear them with some brown flip flops!
Inspired by Silquias Fashion

I've also received some cute blogger awards and I promise to dedicate a post to the friends that have passed along the cute awards as well participate and "pay it forward"

So there you have it, the good word for Monday!

Ciao

Shopping with Ex Fat Girl

While J-Hud was interviewing with Oprah she said that while she loved and didn't see anything wrong with her old self, she loves her new self and finds SHOPPING MORE FUN!

Amen,

I can not believe what fits me, the outfits I am putting together, the colors I pick, the inches to those heels I get. It's just AMAZING! This weekend I dared a little bit and I am so excited for all the outfits Trendy Ex-Fat Girl will be rocking this spring/summer

The dent in my pocketbook didn't go unnotice but if I say so myself I DESERVE IT!

Check out whats new in my closet

This top (I think the model does it no justice) I would never go for this material or even color. It is something I would admire on others but never would buy for myself becuz the rolls wouldn't do it any justice. Umm so yeah I brought it size M and you'll see me when I wear my shirt how HAWWWWT I look! (Urban Outfitter $35)

Now this jeans with it's "old school" look are very fun and funky. Fat girl wouldn't wear them because they would just call for too much attention on her thunder thighs. They also run on the sizes of 28-32 and I wouldn't even try to guess my size. This time around I decided to go for something new. I grabbed the biggest pair size 32, tried them on OH SHIT those are too big (not by much but def not worth buying) grabbed the pair that was size 30 and hoped that once I got home it would fit. Ta-da AMAZING. A green eye hunk of mine will most def be all over that....;) (Urban Outfitter "Cheap Monday $65)

Lastly I used to say I was to big to walk on heels. How could a 200 pound chick carry herself on 4 to 5 inches so I never wore heels or if I did just for pictures. I started off the New Year with some 5 inch platform and had no issues! So I decided to keep it up and got me these pretty baby from Steve Madden ($85)

And as a bonus lol I stopped at HM and got a pretty navy blazer (I should also add the hat below I got was amazing and received so many compliments) to the bag as well. So much shopping!
(I didn't get me the red lipstick from Sephora because I thought it was too much but FUCK IT, "I am coming out and I want the world to see me" so next trip for sure will grab that red color!)

My conclusion I must admit shopping is a whole lotta fun now ;)

Where are we shopping next?

Avon Made Me Do It

Every time I get the catalog I am compelled to buy something, anything.

This time I got Curves Short Trimmers.

And as of now (I am wearing them right now as I type) I love em. They do nothing for my butt but keeps me nice and tight. I plan to wear them running, to work out, and even to sleep.

When I was younger, I used to sleep every night with a girdle (and not the sexy oooolalala one but the your spanish abuela/mom/tia wore on those special occasions) because I felt just like a cast it would keep my stomach flat. I don't know if the girdle worked or not, but eventually for that summer or fall or whatever season it was, my stomach didn't bulge anymore (could be mental or not) but hey if this true my thighs will be slimmer and my stomach won't bulge!!! Guess we'll find out.

*Yeah not your Spanish granny lol, but def your Spanish tia's girdle :)

Will keep you updated on the Trimmers!

P.S Week 1 not going as planned! Soda keeps calling me Darling and pound cake is just laying around and I'd hate to see it go to waste so I make good use of it...IN MY STOMACH ughh..NO WORRIES I GOT THIS...FEB 28 signing back to the gym! :)

Beach Time (almost)

I look outside and see nothing but snow (womp womp), and I just can't help but to think about the summer and the beach.

While helping a friend prepare for a cruise, I came across this little number and Oh Em Gee I want it, but not only do I want it, I want to be the hottest thing when I am wearing it.

Printing this and posting this on my "inspiration wall" (everyone should have something to remind them of that final goal #exfatgirlfreetip)

Who else is counting down for the summer? Maybe I should put up a countdown to remind us that while it may feel far its coming eventually!!! (Adding that to my to do)
