Transformation

I have this gray plaid button shirt from H&M (size 12, if that matters) that is kinda on the long side and has a belt around it (Not really a belt but there is a string that goes around). When I first brought it the shirt was kind of on the tight side. Since I looked pudgy I would not tie the "belt" and just leave them on the side with a pretty knot....Well today I am wearing that shirt and I am happy to say that I have the belt going around the way it's suppose to be and that my stomach isn't trying to escape out the shirt.....The shirt fits as it should! =]

On that note,

I am trying hard to not let my mind and eyes play trick on me....Like am I really growing smaller right in front of my very own eyes?....Are my legs looking toned up or am I just imaging that. I feel that I am transforming, I FEEL IT but is that what is really happening?

I am happy to report that it has been Week 2 Day5 and I am still going strong! Still watching my calories, going to the gym and trying to burn as many calories possible.

I now want to find something for my arms....I don't want flabby arms, but I don't want muscular arms just TONED! Any suggestions!
