Losing My Mind

Yesterday Marked exactly Week 4 that I set out to lose weight and feel great, I clearly remember writing my first blog, what I was wearing, even the taste of my slice (okay I am lying) but I remember how I was wolfing that down...and here I am Week 4 feeling good about myself overall....Yesterday was a rough day at work and in general I was feeling down, Like all this is pointless like regardless nothing will work....I was ready to binge...I mean like binge I made plans to go out to dinner with myself (I have not ever done that) So instead, I went to Mickey Ds and got myself a happy meal with apple juice....I ate slowly and appreciated every bite.....I had half a cupcake from crumbs the small ones I shared with my boss but decided that was low and even though according to my calorie counter I wasn't over my calories intake...I walked it out I walked 2 miles to the train station (I got a great app on my phone that tells me the calories I burn and the distance I walk) anyways I came home drank some water and called it a night!

Today I woke up ready to finish out this week STRONG! By any mean necessary and nothing is going to hold me back! So I took my first set of pics. Of course I am wearing black and black is slimming but I think you can see some sort of change!!!!
