
I knew that starting a new REGIMEN (I don't want to call what I am doing a diet, cause it's not) And I called it a life style change before (but that got me no where)...anyways I knew that I was taking a risk starting a Saturday and a broke ($) Saturday at that, follow by road trip Sunday bad timing to start a "detox" [[Or is that just another excuse]]
My weekend results of the detox, was not so good but no so horrible....I realize the detox should come along somewhere in the middle of this madness umm I mean REGIMEN, because let's face it I can't go from consuming so much food to trying to consume almost nothing!
I however did enjoy my first grilled chicken salad, yes my first! No dressing on it cuz I like dry food. I can't say it was finger licking good but it def filled me up and didn't kill me at the same time so I know I will be having more of those!!!
Rap up of the weekend- I did eliminate a whole lot....I didn't eat out except for the salad that I brought (which is good for me). During my road trip I didn't stop at Wendy's like I so badly wanted to and thanks to my bestie Hot Momma I stay away from ordering some Chinese and opt for a turkey sandwich instead.
Oh and some more post on the GYM to come......so look out for those excuses umm I mean reasons I didn't go this morning and moving forward what I plan to do
