Is there truth behind drinking water?
What I mean is, does it really aid in weight loss?
I was reading last night that you should drink 3 liters a day, which if I did my Google research correctly equals to12 cups a day! It sounds like a lot but that’s just like 4 bottles of the Poland Spring sports bottle (you know the bottle with the spout that you loved so much as kid). Seems doable, right?
My relationship with water has always been a pretty decent one. I never hated it but only drank it if I was working out, on hot summer days or if we were out of juice. Last year I gave up juice for lent and dropped weight like you would not believe but that’s just because I drink way more juice than the average person and the drop in calories was huge. Recently I’ve gone back to drinking only water and at first the peeing constantly was extremely annoying but now that my body’s use to the water intake I don’t go as much.
I’ve read a few articles on this topic but this one seems to get right to the point
What do you guys think??

Water is my bff that I have a HATE/LOVE relationship with. I drink about 3 liters a day. However, sometimes I just want soda.
ReplyDeleteI think more than water helping up lose weight, it is the absence of other (high calorie) beverages that do it.
ReplyDeleteWater definitely helps, our bodies are mostly consumed of water so intaking it has to filter us out somehow!...They can't tell me otherwise! lol...
