This past week I was out with friends (some that haven't seen me since I have lost weight) and they snapped a picture and I realize I hate skinny Mel in pics!
The year is quickly ending and whoa is all I can say. Looking back I can physically see all of my accomplishment and I feel that it is a very strong foundation of whats to come for 2011! And with that I decided to prepare for 2011 by writing down my goals (not only weight wise but in general all that I want to see happen for 2011)
My Health/ Fitness Goals
- Lose ten pounds and call it a wrap (or maintaining lol) I want to be at 150; not because I feel that I am still fat but because I still have this little gut that I think with 10 pounds less I will get rid of and plus I really want to wear that string bikini this year (OH YES SUMMER WATCH OUT)
- Learn how to swim! I hear it's a great exercise and it's something new. I eventually will have kids and I want to feel confident with my kiddies in the water so here I go! (March/April)
- Breath in Breath Out- Yoga here I come, I want to dedicate some time to that so I am already researching the best place to go I don't want to take Yoga at my gym. I want to find a good Yoga studio and really dedicate myself to YOGA!
- 1,2 Step- I want to do a dance class maybe a Salsa or a Hip Hop class or a POLE Dancing class at least for a few months (April-July) Nothing is sexier then a girl who can move ;)
Some personal goal also for check and balances!
- Dolla Dolla bill! Getting rid of school loans, old debt...paying it up even if that means no more "light shopping" when I am down, guess I'll need to find new therepy
- and on that Note also $$$$$$ saving more when I can
- MOVE OUT!!! It's about time this little birdy finds a nest of her own and starts her own. Perfect year to do it and world I am ready!
- Chef Girl Meli- It's about time I learn, I enjoy good food and I want to be a good cook!!! So this is the year!!!

I am so proud of you Meli!! you look great, and I think 150 is perfectly reasonable goal... just dont go less because you look sooo good now!! As far as my goal for 2011... its to freaking lose the rest of my baby weight (15 pounds left) then lose some more lol
