So I woke up this morning and turned my swagger on (I kid) I woke up this morning and hopped on the scale....
No gain No lost!!!!
I am going to be happy that there was no gain! A few observations it is now harder for me to break past the low 170s meaning everything needs a 360 change (I sound like a broken record, don't I say this every weigh in or everytime I feel like it's not working out my way) anyways I might not be at 165 by the end of the month so I am still aiming for 165 but will take anything in the high 160s
What am I going to do???? Right now enjoy my boxing class =]
But seriously I don't know what and how to change it around I never got to this part in any diet so I'll play it by ear. I am tired of saying I am going to do it and not really follow it so that way I'll take it "one day at a time"
Any tips reader, I am open to suggestions

Oh P.S your weight changes pending location it went up a pound and down 3 depending where I put the scale (that's that bull) I went with last week location and my weight according to that was the same so I am putting a mark so I put the scale around the same location for next Friday =]

Oh P.S P.S (what does P.S even mean lol) I am eating Pizza today!!! Need to get it out my system =] ;)
