A dash of LOVE

A dash of love is very important when trying to complete and reach weight loss goals! My honey always reminds me that I can do whatever I want to and that nothing is impossible!!! He also prefers for me to just do it rather than talk about it, so he is quick to remind me when I am slacking all the talk I was talking before that always sends me flying to the gym!!! He's a great reminder/person to have on my side in general but especially because he is also fit and knows a lot more about working out than I do!!! So this morning I was working out and smiling thanks to the boy...

So this week I got Pookie! Which explains why last week I was more hungry than usual....I am drinking all the water possible and hopefully by Friday (3rd weigh in) I'll be good on the scale. I am somewhat nervous like always so this week I am going to go as light as my body permit it!

-I am looking to be at 174 and or lower! My goal for June was 8 to 10 pounds and when I weighed myself the the 11th I was there, I reached my goal and lost 8 pounds...If by the 25th I am still there than I am okay and if I lost some more than WOOT WOOT THAT IS A BIG PLUS!!!!

Road trip always make me very tired and starving and I so badly wanted a mickey d's meal, anything really it didn't matter but what I wanted the whole deal...the sandwich, fries and a big coke to go with it...the outcome on that was that.... I settle for a snack wrap lol and drank my shake and called it a freaking day! Eating that meal wasn't going to do nothing for me! So I opt out of it...I didn't need it and it didn't need me!

I came up with a gym schedule for the month of July in which I hope works out and also shows more results!!!

*Monday- Workout on my own, 20-40 min of cardio, Legs and Butt workouts (There are three machines I use for this, but please don't ask me the name), and Ab ripper or b.k.a ab crunch..I need to find a machine for the arms, I dont want a turkey wing! I want a tone look so i will
*Tuesday- Spinning!!!!!
*Wednesday- 20 mins of cardio and an abdonimal class that starts at 8
*Thursday- Spinning again
*Friday-Same workout as Monday
*Sat and Sun- Running outside about 5-6 miles, with this heat I have to watch it and also try to go earlier than what I usually go for!

yup, I plan to work out all 7 days for July, but I am okay with it....I know I need some rest in between and I will rest on days that my body tells me it can't anymore so I will wait to see what day that is...but at least I got a schedule that works for me and hopefully works out my entire body!!!!

I am excited for the month of July!!! Friday I'll be back with some updates and to see what the scale is saying!!!! Based on my number we can develop some new goals for July!
